SHIPPING POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED

We've updated and clarified our existing shipping policy.
Our shipping policy is, and always has been, that insurance does not cover any tubes stolen after confirmed delivery. We do our best to make sure our customers receive notices for shipping which include tracking numbers, but we do not control whether or not the emails reach your inbox. Therefore, those same tracking numbers are available in each customer account immediately and automatically after a label has been created. It's like that both on the ZDG web site and our Etsy storefront.
We are responsible for shipping dozens to hundreds of orders each month. We simply cannot physically monitor the shipping progress of each and every package that we ship. To the USPS's credit, and knock on Wood (pun intended), we have relatively few problems with this.
It is each customers' responsibility to provide us with a secure address for delivery, and to check for ship notices & their tracking numbers, so when any package arrives, it can be retrieved from the Post Office, mailbox, or porch in a timely manner.
While we've tried to cover everything that has come up over the years in our shipping policy, we do make occasional changes to it as needed, but the insurance policy has been pretty much the same as long as we have been selling prints.
As always, we are happy to answer any questions as they may come up.
