Email notifications are generated automatically when
• orders are placed
• orders are fulfilled
• labels are created
• packages are delivered
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER or LABEL CONFIRMATION, THEY ARE LIKELY IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER
Since October, we've had problems with our store notifications going to customer spam folders. We have taken measures on our end to correct this, but some are still hitting spam folders due to changes in internet protocols beyond our control.
You will likely have to "whitelist" our domain or email address in your email program. What does it mean to whitelist? To whitelist an email address just means you add them to your approved senders list. This tells your email client that you know this sender and trust them, which will keep our email notifications in your inbox and out of your junk folder. You will likely find a link or button in the email to click that says something to the effect of "This Email is not Junk."
You can also log into your customer account to see if your order has been fulfilled, and to get your tracking number.
