We've had problems with our store notifications going to customers' spam folders. We have tried to correct this, but some notices are still ending up in junk folders. We have no control over this.

You may have to "whitelist" our domain or email address in your email program in order to receive your notifications. What does it mean to whitelist? To whitelist an email address just means you add them to your approved senders list. This tells your email client that you know this sender and trust them, which will keep our email notifications in your inbox and out of your junk folder. You will likely find a link or button in the email to click that says something to the effect of "This Email is not Junk."

You can also log into your customer account to see if your order has been fulfilled, and see your tracking number if it has already shipped.
