SHIPPING INFORMATION

When we do a drop, time is of the essence for us to be able to get tubes shipped quickly. Despite having a detailed page dedicated to
Shipping & Returns on our web site, we are still spending valuable time answering emails asking why the tracking info isn't working.
We have to create labels a day or 3 in advance of actual shipping. This is not unusual for many companies. If you get a notice with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number and go to the link and it says
Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item, that means we have created your label, but it has not gone to the Post Office yet.
If we're answering emails, then we're not packing tubes. Please help us do our jobs more efficiently by checking for answers to your questions in our FAQ or
Shipping & Returns pages before sending us an email.
