We will be adding the Panic en la Playa uncuts to the web store Wednesday, May 27 at 3pm EST along with the Trucks Tedeschi Spring Tour prints and a few misc. other posters from past years. We'll add the Artist Edition details and variant info early next week to the blog and theZen Dragon Facebook page
Orders never go out the same day they come in. Orders placed on a Friday will not ship until the next week at the earliest. Orders placed during or immediately after a drop will take longer to ship. There's a lot happening in the studio besides order shipping. This is why we post in our Shipping & Returns policy, that it can take from 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Please send all correspondence regarding orders to zendragongallery@icloud.com. Please do not message me about an order on Facebook. Messages that arrive after 6pm will not to be answered until the next business day or so. Please give me at least a couple of business days to answer the first email before sending another.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING LABELS AND SHIP DATE: Labels are created a day or more prior to actual shipping. The notices for the label and the Delivery Confirmation number go out when the label is created. The Delivery Confirmation number does not become active until the package has been scanned at the Post Office the day they are dropped off and once the Post Office updates the day's shipping in their software. Please do not send Zen Dragon an email that the number doesn't work until at least 2 days past receiving the original label notice.
